
Melanie and I took the back roads to our destination in southeastern Minnesota and we were treated to the perverbial winter wonderland.

The frost lasted longer than usual, so we had lots of opportunities to record these natural works of art.

Waking up to a frosty morning is like a surprise gift of cut flowers. They are both precious because you know you'll only have them for a brief amount of time. I've posted more photos in the southeastern Minnesota photo album.
